Some of these cases have yielded landmark victories on constitutional issues and led to tangible improvements on the ground, while others have served to delineate the outward limits of the Israeli constitutional and judicial order.
While focusing on Adalah’s legal work, the report also highlights some of the complementary activities that Adalah carries out in parallel to its cases, including its publications, international advocacy, media work, legal education and training, and local community outreach.
