Adalah: "The law substantially strengthens and widens the powers of the police and the Shabak to suppress any legitimate protest activities against Israeli policies."

Adalah: The Court's decision is dominated by political calculations more than by legal reasoning; ban on travel to Arab countries is discriminatory and repressive.

Adalah: "The Court should have accepted the petition from the first moment it was submitted, when it was already clear that there was no justification for the continuation of Allan's detention."

Adalah: The court's request to the state indicates that it believes the petitioners' arguments are correct; the continuation of the detention is therefore very problematic from a legal point of view.
