Prevention Order Against Leaving the Country for Security Reasons

According to my authority under Regulation 6 of the Emergency Regulations (Foreign Travel) - 1948, and after I examined the General Security Service recommendation M/479168/0202 of 15 February 2002 and its appendices, I was convinced that there is a real fear that Ra’ed Salah Suleiman Mahajni, identification number 0-5520106-5 (henceforth “the subject”), travelling abroad might damage the security of the state.

I forbid his foreign travel for a period of six months, starting from 16 February 2002 until 15 August 2002.

I instruct that this order be delivered by hand to the subject, and he will be entitled to give his arguments in writing concerning the order.
